Is anyone really dead set against us drilling for oil here in the US and finally bringing down the gas prices? And do you believe we have come far enough along where we would be able to drill without it hurting the enviorment? Libs and conservs. Do you think we should finally start drilling for oil here in the US?
There are plenty of places to drill without hurting the environment.
The oil industry expects the republicans to get them leases on the last remaining public land they can't drill. It's a gift.
The high prices may even be collusion - like Enron was prosecuted and convicted for deliberately cutting supply and running up prices to help recall the California Democrat Governor.
