Is it just a coincidence that there was an earthquake in the Gulf of Mexico after oil drilling there started?

The new deep Gulf drilling was really in the news a lot until this earthquake. I think it's another example of Bush's favoritism damaging our environment.Is it just a coincidence that there was an earthquake in the Gulf of Mexico after oil drilling there started?
Sure makes sense that if we do something it could effect something else. Is there some rule of physics that would explain that? For every action there is an equal opposite reaction? Did we decide that physics is not real no either? Just like nothing in biology is real.





I would think since the earth is all one connected object that if we did one thing that something else might happen. I know that a fish died in a fish tank at a doctors office and then all the other fish died shortly after. Did that fish contaminate the water with its disease? This is a true story. Think of that fish tank as a world and then think of our earth.





I do not need to tell you this you know.





Perhaps that is why they are talking about air marshalls and terror allerts. Just to take our minds off of things that might bother us like our enviroment.Is it just a coincidence that there was an earthquake in the Gulf of Mexico after oil drilling there started?

I thought at one time people like survivalists, libertarians and other countries had a strong paranoid message. They just foreshadowed what was about to happen before it was as obvious. Scary. Report Abuse

If you're referring to the new oil find in the Gulf, they haven't extracted any oil yet. When they do start extracting, are you going to blame Bush for too much oil?
